      Many a time we put in a lot of time and energy to control things which are beyond your control. No matter what we do, we can’t change anything about it. So, it is better to accept the truth as fast as possible. Try and divert your energy and focus towards the solutions what you can control.
    1. Have faith:God has a plan for me. – Bible (Jer. 29:11)God always has a better plan for us as only he can see the bigger picture here. It is necessary to have faith and believe that God has something better in store for you. We are not suggesting that you lay back and relax and good things will happen to you on their own. Instead, work harder, do your bit.When you truly start believing that there is something better on its way, then you will be filled with excitement. The feeling of anxiety and fear will slowly wear off when you start to have faith.
    2. Reinforce your motivation:
      It is but obvious to feel low during hard times. No matter what we do, we still could not shake off all the overwhelming feelings that we have. In situations like these, try to revisit your purpose. Tell yourself and understand why you even start doing this work. Read and listen to motivational material, which keeps the negativity at bay and gives you a new rush of motivation.
    3. Practice gratitude:
      Show your appreciation to all the things in your life. Researches have proved that showing kindness and gratefulness to others is one of the best ways of living a happier life. The benefits of practicing gratitude are endless. When you start appreciating things around you, you start developing more positive emotions. You will start sleeping better, feel alive, and some even believe it helps build a stronger immune system.
      Don’t wait for special occasions to say thank you. Start looking for newer things each day for which you can be grateful.
    4. Stop and Self-reflect:
      When the hard time comes, we fail to look at the bigger picture. In situations like this, self-reflection can help as to take a pause and evaluate our current situation. Self-reflection can help us in creating a better sense about ourselves. Taking time to think always paves the way for new ideas. It all depends on the kind of questions you ask yourself while self-reflecting. These questions play a crucial role in determining the type of life you lead.
    5. Get Active:
      We already know that exercise is good for our body. But did you know that physical activity can also help a lot in improving our mood and reduce anxiety? When nothing is going the way, you want, it is understandable to feel depressed. Exercising can develop a sense of self-worth and make you feel strong and powerful. Exercise gives an enormous sense of well-being. It is an investment that you do for your mind, body, and soul.
